I have found Aston training to be an excellent training provider. Melvin went to a lot of effort to tailor the various programmes to suit our business and make them worthwhile. All the participants have thoroughly enjoyed their sessions and are eager to complete the coursework. All training has been delivered in a clear and concise way which the staff found easy to understand
Staff have advised that they found the training really useful and engaging – there was a lot of content to think about, challenging staff to review current practice and move forward in enabling clients to change behaviours and improve health wellbeing while tackling health inequalities within the field. The course really helped staff to embed MECC (making every contact count) to improve systems clearly showing impact and outcomes

We Use Aston College for apprenticeships for our young stylists, as they are very professional and maintain high standards. The students are treated as individuals and Aston provide them with personal and bespoke plans for their training needs with a consistent schedule of assessments. Aston adhere to all the Government guidelines to maintain a high standard of Health & Safety and care passionately about the development of young hairdressers as they start out in their career
