We are looking for an aspirational individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as an apprentice. The successful candidate will participate in the Customer Services Practitioner Level 2 Programme and work in a supported learning environment to develop advanced professional skills, knowledge, behaviours, and work experience.

What you will do in your working day

Work confidently as a team member and asisting the Sales Department to:

  • Plan activities and see them through effectively and efficiently
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Following up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
  • Producing quotations to send out to new and existing customers

The training you will be getting

  • Full in house training to be provided towards the successful completion of the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard, which includes maths & English Functional Skills at Level 1/2, if applicable

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once apprenticeship is completed there would be an opportunity for candidates to progress to either:

  • Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)
  • Sales Executive level 4
  • Level 3 Dependent upon their skills and progress shown during the Customer Service Practitioner programme
  • For the right applicant on successful completion of the apprenticeship programme there maybe the possibility of a permanent position within the company
