Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults)
These qualifications are designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to care for others in a broad range of health or social care settings.
A Diploma in Health and Social Care is flexible to suit all fields of health and social care. Learners can select a pathway that suits their role – for example, working with people with a learning disability, people with dementia or children and young people.
These are the main qualifications required by the Quality Care Commission in England
Level 2 will suit you if you are a care worker or want to get your first care job. If you’re already working in care, you probably work mainly under supervision. You want to increase your skills and take on more responsibility.
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults)
The Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is an occupational qualification for learners who work in Adult Care Settings in England.
Applicable to variety of roles, where workers have key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and /or a level of supervisory responsibility for others such as:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (3080)
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (England) is a competence based qualification which has been developed with employers who provide adult care. The mandatory content is based on the Skills for Care qualification specifications which were produced following consultation with the sector.
