City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing
 

The Hairdressing Level 2 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) takes approximately 2 years to achieve (although can be completed earlier than this if students progress at a faster pace), and covers all of the basic skills required in hairdressing.

The NVQ is a mixture of mandatory and optional units.

In order to complete the qualification, learners are required to complete a variety of practical assessments and written work in the form of assignments, written tests and Essential Knowledge and Understanding questions (EKU’S).
